201904 Pack + Stuff about patreon's latest version

Allo! Back from the pause and weeks of lo-back pain. Still a bit sore but have healed enough work.

Am a day late for delivery, my bad, was exporting files when I found out Donald Duck wasn't finished yet. Also took some time to work on something that was brought to my attention, by a patron who could not find some files: a preview grid.

Don't know why it took me so long to realise this issue.

2 more boss mashups to complete Dizborne. Maybe 3 hostile hunters, if I have the time.

About: Patreon's latest changes. You've read about the Creator levels: Lite, Pro, whatever the 3rd one is.

As a legacy user, I'm automaticly upgraded to Pro AND, if I read it right, maintained the old fee structure that might be a little cheaper. This kills my plan to start over because if I did, I'd start at Lite and have to upgrade to Pro.

Another big change from Orange Patreon is the reward system. Back in the old days, the reward structure was accumulative. Higher tiers automaticly have access to lower tier files. Now it's more like individualized plans.

I will maintain the previous reward structure, reword the description appropriately, as well as update the icons.

Banner is gonna need an update too.

RE: Tier restructuring. That plan was a bust, reassigning 3+ years of posts was the decisive kill vote. Instead, I'll rework goals, like comics @ $350, short animated loops @ $500, etc etc. Set expectations and don't sweat about it till I get there.

Incidentally, Drawfee had a Disney Souls video a while back (and they don't do the characters you've picked for Dizborne) <a href="https://youtu.be/iXGuWTUhGOA" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">https://youtu.be/iXGuWTUhGOA</a> (then they did the reverse) <a href="https://youtu.be/m9Jo1OOdK-U" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">https://youtu.be/m9Jo1OOdK-U</a>

How about: • adding more tiers, • Rewording existing tiers • Locking and then deleting some middle ones • And living with the fact that old tiers got more stuff while new tiers get less? After all it's "old art" most of which is already (unfortunately) available elsewhere. So getting a "discount" on it should not be terribly bad for the newcomers and would still allow you to get more money from newer patrons. As usual, just throwing an idea your way. Basically i want to throw you some money, that's all.
