this is also a combination between the toucan that you may know with the whole beak orange, blue eyes, and white chest and a more colorful one with a green beak with reds blues and yellows and a yellow chest with green around its eyes

It's hard to describe how she's built like she's completely silly, elegant, fanciful to her own detriment if she was anyone else, and just distractingly intimidating? It feels like she could punch me in the face while I was still trying to figure out everything about her outfit and then it'd still take half a second to process what she just hit me with.
