Tier changes

I have been making some small changes to tiers. Don't worry because I haven't deleted anything!
Exceptionally the alphas are removed as a benefit because the way I work there is no need for an alpha as I test the first stable version myself while working on the content.
I have added two benefits:
- Uncensored quit screen for +Welcomed.
- Patricia's paintings in Full HD for +The next Manor Lord.
I have also decided to move the diary dev to other slightly lower tiers. This way, the shorter weekend diary will be available from +The next Manor Lord tier and the one I publish on Fridays will be available for +The next Valley Lord tier.
