Dev Diary #35

I'm sorry I didn't do the Friday diary... I'll tell everything today but there's not much to tell as I've been working all week on level 7 Mara + making the whole feature to be able to sleep with the girls in their rooms.

Finally the beta is here and that means that the EAs will start soon.

So far the beta is going pretty well, some text bugs, interface bugs... the usual thing, nothing critical so far.

Despite everything going well, for my mental health the first EA won't be until Saturday/Sunday as I have to fix all the bugs in the new girls panel, some things related to the interface changes in the build/invest panel, redo Maria and Mabel's renders and the lust power in the rescued girls.

For this version I was going to animate more places (the hot springs for example) but I have to take a good look at it because of the files size and specially the loops because for example in the hot springs the maximum loop is 10 seconds because it's quite complicated to make a perfect and short loop due to the steam.

I would really like to animate more places but if there are no characters to show the loops are more complicated to manage.

That said this week I'm going to dedicate it to fix all the pending and new bugs that come up. I'd also like to go over all the dialogues again to see if there's anything I can change to make it more understandable in English.

After this week I'll start working on the next version which will be about Alina, Myra and Arwen (I'll follow the order you meet them, so Tali and Maria come next).

I'll start thinking about the changes I have pending at interface level because I want to continue with the reworks and CoL.

I would like to do the map rework already but I think it will take me too much time to design it... I'll think about it.

It's hardly mentioned in her story but we will know the effects of her bite...
