1.0 PREPATCH

1.0's framework is finished, and now the pre patch has been uploaded. The pre patch actually fixes some base game bugs in the original game files which will crash 1.0.
I spent 18 hours crash testing the full release (in one go! lol) to find everything that will cause your game to stop responding and CTD.
If you use an non modded game, these will probably help you too. Doesn't fix them all, just fixes the ones that will crash 1.0
