Root Causes and Aggravation
Added 2018-01-24 09:56:38 +0000 UTCI've had some outlandish stresses in the past several days and have worked less on this than I had hoped. However, I have nailed down the cause of some of these problems.
Because of where I found the problems, makes a direct solution unatonable. It would require EXE patches, most users won't use these if I create them.
The solution will be back scaling my current works to compensate. (Think shaving your bikini line in the dark; Ouch!)
Because I can't just look at the exact percentages, I'd have to create and test each individual enemy until a balance I'm looking for is struck.

Rather than taking a bush trimmer into a dark bathroom, I'm going to scale back my numbers 1% at a time. I will make 10 versions of every enemy and just text from there. If this sounds like a lot of work; Well it is. However this will still be faster than starting with unmodded enemies and manually rebuilding them.
It's also not going to be as feather precise as it the original launch was, the caveat here being it will only be enemies encountered while under level 15. I will not be rebalancing anything else.
