Declined Patreons

My list of declined pledges is growing, I have 12 people in the $10 tier this month with declines in their payments. I'll be keeping my 1 month chance to have payments get fixed before I clear out false pledges from the list of contributors. However I will only be giving out links to the video process videos in the month to Patrons who have their payments cleared to be fair to those actually providing support.
I'll be keeping Screenshots of my declined pledges, I don't want to have to keep clearing out repeat offenders but I see no other options.
