Updates July 2nd: Plans for July and August!

Hey Patrons!

It's going to be a super busy month for me, I'm really going to start grinding on the Patron Album as well as trying to get new songs out. I've also decided on what songs we're going to be doing this month.

If you couldn't tell by the last challenger approaching hint, the next song will indeed be Saturos Battle from Golden Sun. It's a Patron album song, and the only franchise to have 2 songs on the album is GS, so I figured getting this one out early would put plenty of time between it and whenever we decide to do a video for Venus Lighthouse, AND it's requested quite often. Perhaps we'll have a vote for the next pre-release Patreon Album song.

I've also decided on the next highly requested song we'll be doing this month: Calamari Inkantation from Splatoon. The final Splatfest is going to be this month on the 22nd, not to mention it's a Callie vs. Marie Splatfest, so it couldn't be a more perfect time to get this one out. My plan is to have it out the day before the Splatfest, on the 21st.

Before that, if all goes well, we'll be doing a random Patreon Request List song. We'll hold the drawing for the next song on Tuesday. If I haven't chosen a song from your list yet, don't fret, I'll be going over everything on Monday and make a post for everyone to see to make sure I didn't miss anyone.

If all goes SUPER well, we might get in a second request list song at the end of the month. The best case scenario would be Saturos Battle, Request Song, Calamari Inkantation, and Request Song, however depending on the time frame, Calamari Inkantation might be second just so I can make sure it gets out before the final Splatfest. It'll really depend on how difficult the request song is. xD

I've also made some early plans for the month of August! I'm not 100% on the order of everything yet, but for starters, it's time for the annual NES Medley. This year, my three Tier 7 Patrons will get an official song entered, then we'll pick another 7 or 8 songs randomly from songs that everyone else enters, like how we did Mega Man Mega Medley II. We'll have the drawing and entry posts for that sometime towards the end of this month.

Also, we're going to do more full acoustic songs! My plan is release 3 or 4 full acoustic songs in the span of one week during the month of August, which we'll call Acoustic August, because, you know, I like alliteration. I've also decided I'll only be charging once here on Patreon for all those acoustic songs.

I haven't decided on what those acoustic songs will be, but the front runners when I asked on Twitter were Gaur Plains, Terra's Theme, and Dire Dire Docks.
