Sonic Fan Medley Preview #3: Hydrocity Zone Act 2

Hydrocity Zone was, surprisingly, the 3rd most requested song overall with 16 votes (which is around the area where entry counts started getting close). I went with Act 2 for the medley since most of the votes were for it.
I swear it's taking me like an hour per song just to get these keyboards/synths in, lol. I'm getting there though!
Enjoy! By the way this preview loops pretty well but it wasn't intentional (and isn't exactly 100% clean).
