2018-09-01 18:34:15 +0000 UTCMost people I talk to haven't played anything .hack related so I understand, thank you for answering my question. If you were to play anything .hack related, get the .hack GU Last Recode collection for PS4. You can play GU as you first .hack anything and still know what happens in the story perfectly, that's how it was for me. Originally, GU was released in 3 volumes, but Last Recode compiles all 3 volumes onto one disk, adds a fourth volume with new story and gameplay as well as improving graphics, changing quality of life stuff like a larger inventory and more. I highly recommend .hack GU, each volume should take around 20-25 hours to complete so it isn't a super massive long game like Xenoblade Chronicles. The music for .hack is unique for sure which is partially why I asked about it. It has it's own feel with distinctive instruments for sure, I don't know how to describe it.
