New GaMetal Video! Dancing Mad (Final Fantasy VI)
Added 2019-06-15 18:15:46 +0000 UTCMy magnum opus has arrived: he's a refresh retake on my old 2014 arrangement of the almighty Dancing Mad from Final Fantasy VI!
This has and most likely always will be my favorite game song, so I don't take remixes like this lightly. I put in a ton of effort to ensure this would be a phenomenal remix.
There are quite a few changes that I've made from my old arrangement, like the addition and changing of some vocal parts (incorporating the choir vocals from the Distant Worlds version of Tier 2, for example).
I just love this song and it will always have a special connection with me. I hope I've truly done it justice this time.

This remains one of my favorite songs of all time, just like you, and you absolutely did it justice. Think if I start now I could be that good in, like, 15-20 years or so?

I hope the GaMetal IX album will have Part IV as a standalone track; it's not just my favorite part, but it was featured in Theatrhythm: Final Fantasy, where I first heard the song.
