Actually that is the sketch for my Shadowrun character who underwent SURGE (Sudden Unexplained Recessive Genetic Expression), an in universe explanation on why you can have things such as catgirls or things like my Combat medic mage who is a fox guy. When I was making the character I had it that his kitsune ancestors genetics manifested when he underwent SURGE. He got the fox tail, fox ears, a fox's olfactory senses, and a second heart (Yes you can get all that if you undergo SURGE).
