Payment issues
Added 2018-08-02 22:48:26 +0000 UTCSo when I checked on my scheduled hiatus post I almost had a heart attack when I saw that my income had suffered a massive drop but believed it was due to my being on hiatus. I then remembered an earlier convo with a patron who was having issues and then I saw other creators were having similar problems...apparently Patreon is declining credit cards? Please check with your bank just in case! I've seen that quite a few international cards are being declined as well. I'm sorry this is happening, Patreon is a primary source of income for many creators, myself included, and it's very frustrating to not have any control over these issues. I'm hopeful that everything will be sorted out. Thanks for your support!

2018-08-03 09:22:26 +0000 UTCHey just heard from another creator that this mass decline of credit cards is because Patreon moved their payment stuff from the US to the UK (for some reason???) so itβs being flagged as fraud. Shouldnβt giv u any problems if u pay through Paypal, or if u contact ur bank to approve this purchase. PS Vimeddiee I lov u keep being awesome
