The Legend of the Ramos Gin Fizz

We're one step closer to creating the pinnacle of beverages: The Fizz Head For Fizzheads. It's just frothy foam from the top to the bottom. Cut out the middle man, and get to the real meat of that drink!
* No meat, only fizz.

Ramos Gin Fizz recipe
- 1 egg
- 1 oz (30 mL) simple syrup
- 1 oz (30 mL) lemon juice
- 1 oz (30 mL) heavy whipped cream
- 1 dash of orange blossom water
:: can be substituted with grated orange - 2 oz (*60 mL) gin
- pour into tin, dry shake for a while
- fill with ice, shake for a while more
:: the longer you shake, the more "authentic" the drink is - fill glass up to brim with carbonated water until you have a distinct puck at the top
- serve / drink
* 2 oz conversion was rounded up from 59mL to 60mL for the sake of simplicity.
