I think the most interesting stretch of this FPE is seeing the evolution of that final cold open skit. Took a little bit of work to fine-tune exactly how we wanted it to play out, but I was firm in keeping it a one-take unless we absolutely couldn't get it to work. It's a tough camera move to pull off, especially when you can't tell if anything is in focus or not. I ended up with two takes to choose from, one that absolutely nailed the camera work, and one that nailed the performance side of things. I kept the latter, because people are more forgiving of some sloppy camera work within reason.
