This FPE has a runtime of 47:50, only 13.0% of our footage was used in the episode.
We recorded this right after a thunderstorm, which some of you may remember from Brian's periscope stream, and that explains where all of the water came from. I had originally intended for this video to be dressed down, such that production elements (lights, crew, etc.) would appear in the video, allowing us to worry less about sight lines, but a lot of that got scrapped when I noticed just how much of the footage was kept pretty clean. You'll notice that I walk in on some of the wider shots because of that, and you can see a bit more of how that all works.
This is an odd one from our usual setup in that it was shot as a performance video, which is a rather different style. We had multiple full run-throughs spliced together to have a larger diversity of shots and an overall more polished performance. There's probably a lot more icing down and cooling off than you imagined just watching the edited video. Believe it or not, fire's hot, actually!
