This FPE has a runtime of 1:20:05, only 31.9% of our footage was used in the episode.

This video was fun, just a good set of lessons organically born out of playing back and forth. During the CTA you may have noticed an equipment malfunction, where the shoulder rig I was operating spontaneously fell in half -- so that was cool. Luckily I had a good hold on the actual camera at the time, otherwise it would have been distinctly less cool.

This video required us to be pretty mobile to get the shots as they were happening, so you can see the positioning dance through this FPE. It can be hectic and you can miss important visuals, but I like it though, it keeps the visuals more dynamic than just cameras on tripods.

Oh and I almost forgot, we have the whole food cooking process from the ad on display here haha. While shooting it, I tried to be very cognizant that it needed to be cut way, way down. When we did our Blue Apron spot a while back, people were frustrated with how long it was for a relatively short video, so I tried to make sure this didn't go longer than a maximum of 1m 30s -- which can sometimes be tough to do when you have so much footage. It was mostly important to remember: the copy is the content, everything else is pretty much b-roll.

Can I ask a novice question, what is the clapping at the beginning of recording?
