Naruto um there so many Kiki's delivery service oooh and Ponyo! This is really all to what you are comfortable with for Ponyo is super cute movie, Kiki's is good, for her age Full Metal Alchemst is a great series ( pretty sure around your little ones age is when we let our kiddo watch it) Spirited Away is great, My neighbor Totoro (done by Ghilbli here a link to wiki that has all kind of movies that are great including some I have listed https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Studio_Ghibli
