2021-03-26 19:33:17 +0000 UTCIf we are talking great recipes there the Havarti grilled cheese or Mozzarella, tomato, basil or pesto sauce slathered on the bread then grill it mmmmm good stuff. You could also do mozzarella sundried tomato with basil or pesto. I have also done colby jack cheese with pepperoni and used garlic butter so it like grilled cheese pizza sandwhich! Have fun!

2021-03-26 15:16:42 +0000 UTCMy favorite is a nice Aged Cheddar. I also enjoy using Sharp Cheddar, with Mayo (sorry Brian) instead of butter, and Parmesan Cheese to encrust the bread. Really good!
