An idea to why a women might reject: Maybe she very well senses the quality of the man. But she comes to the conclusion, that its the man that does not see, that once he knows her better or has experienced some time with her, he will find, that the relationship won't work out as expected.

I would guess so too. Without having seen the video. Women handle rejection in many cases worse than men. So showing interest reduces that risk for them Also the male „spray and pray“ reproductive method. You just might get lucky, so just have at it But also i think it might have a bit of the factor Male hypergamy. If she is short and fat and kinda desperate… even if its an easy „target“ that thirsty desperate look has been a personal turn off for me(fat short girls) the girls i find hot… usually pay me no heed. I could be looking above my station🤡 And lastly persue a woman don’t chase. Its this odd dual aloofness. 🤷‍♀️

Women's needs were ALWAYS prioritized, even under "patriarchy" men were disposable. It was just that men knew better than women what women's needs were and are. This is being proven to be true. Women don't know what they want, AND they are not always conscious of their own sexual arousal. It was actually lesbians that were truly dissatisfied for obvious reasons, with the status quo.

My intelligent guess on this would be that women are far less likely to pursue a man who shows no interest. Sure such a man may exhibit higher value and appeal to a woman’s hypergamy but women are looking for commitment and resources and there is too high a risk than a man showing no interest is unable to provide that probably because he is giving it to another girl.
