I've requested multiple characters and have gotten no response, which makes me grateful when they do make a character of my request. I'm sure if you request a character, FeatherMapleLeaf may work on it. Like with anyone else, including me, there's no guarantee. We also have to consider if they have a model for the character or not. It's an entire process for them that takes time. Hope that clears up some confusion.
