I've noticed that most artists seem to convey it in different ways... either the moment of impact, the moment right after, or just show the character with their hand up ready to spank and the booty red enough to convey the idea that they've been spanked recently. I opted for the second option, where her butt is still kind of indented and Bianca is pulling her hand away.
