Hi hi hi! I'm working on writing a young adult comic called Wild Science (not the final name). I'm writing it and it's being drawn by Mary Verhoeven!

Here's the character designs Mary drew to match my character descriptions. What do you think? Did they capture Allegra's energy?

ALLEGRA- A quiet, spacey, waifish, shygirl. Allegra is too smart for her own good. While she attempts to live in the background (seriously plop her in the background as often as possible), she is prone to bursts of excitement where her enthusiasm is unable to be contained. She’s always in her school uniform, a crisp fancy skirt that hits right above/on the knee and a blazer with knee high socks. She’s a loner and should be shown by her always being one step behind everyone or a little separated whenever they’re standing together as a group. Physical description: white, trans woman, red hair worn ear length in a bob, wide set eyes, freckles, kinda looks like an alien.

I think they nailed it personally!
