I wasn't sure if we should make up some kind of fantasy money for them to use, but ultimately it was easiest to just make it gold pieces. The actual numbers are kind of just based on JRPGs... I didn't want to complicate things by having people bid in a mix of copper and silver with gold, so it's just gold.
