Well as you probably have all noticed by now, I'm very very bad at keeping to a schedule. I was aiming for a video every Monday of March and today's video was supposed to be on studio musicianship, but I got distracted midweek on this project and couldn't let it go.

This is the result! Now I know not everyone is in love with LoFi but I really suggest you stick around for the first half of the video just to see some really interesting composition techniques, like actually using 33/32 (if you wanna call it that) and experimenting with motifs and chords.

I personally really enjoy the end product here, although I do have some gripes (as always) with the production. But I'm gonna make a request of you all here- if you DO enjoy this track, please share it! There are a lot of independent lo-fi stations looking for new tracks and I would really love to hear some of my music played outside of my own channel :)

Also- next livestream is in one week, March 15th and will be at 6PM cst. I should be posting the "Studio Mistakes" video that day unless I get totally side tracked again! And I know I say it a lot but I want to repeat it... thank you for being here. This project especially had me choked up - the simple fact that I get to create art and share it with people and actually pay my bills at the end of the day is literally a dream come true and it's only been realized with all of your help.
