I do like the dick docking that Bnak mentioned above. Maybe have Sindra force Libinet to dock Nina only for Nina 's dick to temporarily overpower Libinet causing Libinet's balls to swell. This in turn causing the younger demon surprise and angering Sindra to "show her sister how it's done."

For a suggestion maybe the little sister gets even weirder and stands up WHILE her tongue is still firmly lodged in nina's dick, so her tongue is just casually extending a meter or two from her mouth, and begins to hotdog nina's ass. TL;DR Smol demon hotdogs ninas ass while her tongue is in nina's dick.

Unless the demon sisters are also capable of magic. Otherwise I think Nina's balls would burst or dick be torn apart.
