I've never watched much of that show, but I am a bit familiar with the character... does she have a name or is it just "Martian Queen"? Anyway, the main design decision I was requested to include was to have her hair down... normally she wears some kind of golden crown tiara thing, but based on the reference I found online she was a lounge singer at some point and I used the hair style from that as reference.
