Specifically Lady Death as she appeared in some kind of promotional material where she was wearing a bikini in a waterfall... Normally I maintain the skin tone of the original character, but I think Lady Death's pale skin is as much a part of her "costume" as anything else. The client specifically asked for the extra thick veins on her cock and balls.
