Once upon a time, there were two girls named Lily and Emma. They had been playing on opposite teams in the final match of the football season. The score was tied, and there were only a few minutes left in the game.
Lily and Emma were both fierce competitors, but they respected each other's skills. They had been trying their best to outmaneuver each other throughout the game, and it had been an intense match.
In the final minutes of the game, Lily and Emma both went for the ball at the same time. They missed the ball and collided with each other, their bodies tumbling over and over until they crashed into the advertising hoardings on the side of the pitch.
As they tried to untangle themselves from the commercial, they realized that something was wrong. They were stuck together, unable to move apart. It was as if they were being held together by magnets.
Lily and Emma looked at each other, confused and a little scared. "What's happening?" Lily asked.
"I don't know," Emma replied, trying to twist her body away from Lily's. "It feels like we're stuck."
The other players and the referee came over to see what was happening. They tried to pull the girls apart, but it was no use. Lily and Emma were stuck together, and they couldn't move.
The referee blew his whistle, signaling the end of the game. It was a draw, and both teams had played well. But Lily and Emma didn't care about the result. They were still stuck together, and they had no idea how to get free.
As the other players and the crowd started to disperse, Lily and Emma sat there, still tangled together. "What are we going to do?" Lily asked.
"I don't know," Emma replied, feeling a little panicky. "We have to figure something out."
They tried pulling in different directions, but it was no use. They were still stuck together.
Lily and Emma sat there, still tangled together, trying to figure out how to get free. Suddenly, they heard a voice calling out to them.
"Hey, are you two okay?" It was one of the supporters who had come down from the stands.
Lily and Emma looked up and saw a friendly face looking down at them. "No, we're stuck," Lily replied.
The supporter looked at them, a little confused. "Stuck? What do you mean?"
"We collided and got tangled up in the commercial on the side of the pitch," Emma explained. "And now we can't move apart."
The supporter frowned, trying to think of a solution. "Well, maybe you could try walking together, see if that helps?"
Lily and Emma looked at each other skeptically. "I don't think that's going to work," Lily said.
But they had no other choice. They stood up and tentatively started walking, still stuck together. It was awkward at first, but they soon found a rhythm, moving in sync with each other.
As they made their way across the pitch, they were greeted with cheers and applause from the remaining supporters and players. They smiled and waved, feeling a little self-conscious but also grateful for the support.
When they reached the tunnel, Lily and Emma started to argue about which locker room they should go to. "We should go to my locker room," Lily said. "It's closer to the exit, and we can get out of here faster."
Emma shook her head. "No way, we should go to my locker room."
As they made their way through the tunnel, still stuck together, they slipped and fell head first into the clothes basket.
Lily frowned. "Apparently you play football professionally, you could be more careful."
Emma gasped. "I can't stand you any longer. Would you please back off."
The girls struggled in the basket, trying to pull themselves out of it, but not working together only fell more into it. They were cramped and warm, and their clothes smelled bad. They scrambled and finally uncovered the last of the clothes that blocked the air. Both cocked their heads, bumping against each other and grunting angrily.
A moment later, their feet found the floor in the basket and got to their feet. Their body stretched to the level of the bust above the clothes. They watched in horror as the fabrics of their T-shirts were sewed together.
