I'm always a little self conscious about attempting this, since I'm not sure when it looks good compared to when it just looks silly.

And for future reference, if you feel like super cum inflated bellies is something you don't have a good gauge for I would suggest you look at the collected works of Kawahagitei and the Futabu! series by Bosshi. Both those artists are generally considered the standard bearers when it comes to the themes of super cum inflation.
