Another suggestion is maybe have Nina and Helen as a young couple wanting a baby really bad. Since they are very young they dont have the money to go through many methods of getting pregnant which they ask the doctor is there a cheaper way to help them. In the first couple of pages we see the couple holding hands together telling the doctor that they both want a baby the old fashion by getting inseminated by a male donor. Since they dont like the sight of having sex with a man , both of them want to be blindfolded as there mysterious donor does his thing with them. This allow the doctor and nurse being up to know good knocking them up.
