It all depends on what your trying to do, you can have a consistent story of her not impregnating every girl.

But yeah... it's just porn so it doesn't really matter that much. Plus it is your story so you can do whatever you want with it. Though it would be a shame to see those muscles on Inara fade over time.... I guess it depends on your future plans for characters and if we will ever see any change with them. Karen for instance has been the only one to show any bump so far.
