form will be left open for around 24 hrs. if more forms are received than the amount of slots i will raffle the slots from the google form's spreadsheet and a number randomizer, then make an announcement and contact the winners.
the form will give you an option to keep a copy of what you've submitted so you can save your prompt for next time, in case you aren't picked!
