Filler for Deviants
Added 2016-11-28 00:32:55 +0000 UTCSo this is an odd choice for a filler for Deviants but there was supposed to be an announcement going with this. I might as well post this now before it's entirely irrelevant.
Marvel comics are experiencing massive drops in sales and DC is in the lead thanks to their focus on core characters, specifically Batman. Mockingbird is a Marvel comic with incredibly bad writing. And that's the purpose of this picture.
I like Marvel and DC comics but I do not like the direction Marvel has taken and it's starting to show in their sales. They want to cater to people who like the MCU and those who want diversity in their characters. The problem is that the writing for many titles isn't very good. Marvel looks like they are slowly turning things around but it's going to be a tough transition. DC just did a massive retcon. Marvel doesn't do reboots or anything like that so it'll take time.
