Iron Man Fucks the Marvel Universe Pg 1 (old)

The idea was that all the female heroes and villains were afflicted with a deadly virus and only Tony's extremis-fueled cum could cure them. He'd go on a bang tour saving all the women by having sex with them.
Due to the artist having IRL problems it never went past this.
