Meet Mighty Endowed! She has appeared in 5 pages in a comic called Young Justice back in the 90s (COMIC PAGES HERE ). She has not appeared since. Her powers are having really large breasts to the point where she can't even stand upright. Oh and the breasts are apparently hypnotic.
Personal headcanon is that she gets out of captivity (even though she's presumed to be a villain, it is mentioned she never actually broke any laws) and devotes her time to archaeology and collecting ancient artifacts. Her bra is made from Nth metal, a special alien metal that has antigravity properties. So she's able to move around while wearing them. She also has sexy lingerie and bikinis made with the material as well.
