Lily could have a mutated strain that would cure regular zombies but make the special ones stronger, as for Jenna and Karen several gallons to overload that machines sounds like the appropriate amount.

2020-12-14 00:20:36 +0000 UTCIt could take a longer time to effect her but maybe a couple of things could happen . 1 : the extractors break under the strain and effect everyone there differently. 2: the zombies break free and take out the girls one by one 3: another character wether it be the mastermind or another zombie captures them and slowly forces them to submit to the zombies ( like in the alien movies where the humans freak out before the aliens get them ) 4: lily could run and hide as she begins to transform and maybe the mastermind finds her and forces her to submit and attack her friends. Just some ideas
