It makes a lot of sense as a pinup for these two characters, since they both ended up with the same clit-dick transformation. As for what they're wearing... I've talked before about how I go by "Power Rangers" rules for character outfits... individual characters don't necessarily have just one outfit they wear constantly like a cartoon, but they do have specific colors that they basically always wear. Jenna always wears some shade of turquoise, Lily always wears yellow, and Karen has pink as her signature color while Maxie has a particular shade of green she always wears.
