Player Character as Third Person

As part of the story line, I am adding a third person character who will be used as the protagonist. Some highlights:
- You can control him with WASD and the mouse.
- The display on the monitor will be like a third person game.
- The display on the HMD will be like usual but you can see the character
- Press 0 to toggle on and off the third person view on the main monitor (off will increase your performance while in HMD)
In the near term, you'll be able to possess the male character whenever you like. Or just observe him like Lucky's Tale while you control him.
Additional Changes in this Patch:
- Escape Key quits the application
- Resolution Chooser now hidden by default, to bring it up again: launch the game and hold the ALT key while it loads.
