Smooth Touchpad Movement

The first of the experimental build. I made a bunch of core changes, including ripping out the previous grabbing and locomotion features. This particular version has many things not hooked up to the new system yet. As I port old features over, I'll make another post and release another patch build.

Basically, the only thing working in this build is touchpad locomotion. The next build, I will hook up the menus and the the ability to switch to teleportation locomotion.

There's a slight difference between Oculus and Vive. For Vive, you have to press on the touchpad to move. While on the Oculus, you don't have to, you can just use the joystick. You will move in the direction that your headset is facing, that is, if you are looking forward and you press forward, you will move forward. The alternative is to move in the direction your controller is facing -- though compelling for shooters, I am not really sure if that's necessary here. Though I am open to your suggestions.

BTW, if don't have VR legs (get motion sick easily) yet, you probably don't want to use this mode.
