本日Pixiv公式の更新がありまして、

ざっくりまとめると

＞・児童ポルノまたは児童虐待

＞・近親相姦

＞・獣姦

＞・レイプ (同意の無い性的行為)

＞・人または体の非合法的な切断　など公序良俗に反する行為

＞ユーザーの皆さまには、 BOOTH、pixivFANBOX、pixivリクエスト機能にてサービス利用規約及び上記を含む商品の取り扱いがないか、改めてご確認いただき、取り下げ、非公開の対応をお願いいたします。

という、一部界隈にとって死刑宣告のような文言を発表されました。

これを表面通りに受け取ると、ほとんどのコンテンツ削除しないといけなくなります。が、ツイッターで色んな反応を調べていると

「三次元の児童ポルノサイトの誘導や、BOOTH、FANBOXで児ポ画像の取引が横行されていた為に、公式がこのような声明を出したのでは？」

という解釈がありました。

私のコメント欄でも謎のサイトへの誘導があったのをいくつか確認していて、もしかしたらコレかな？？と甘い期待を抱いていたりします。

また、様子見の方もたくさん居て

本当に文言通りの処置をしていくのかというと疑問であり、

「今まで曖昧であった基準を明確にしただけでは？」という解釈もあったり、正直どう対応しようか迷っております。

FANBOXは多くの方にご支援して頂いているので、こちらを潰されるのはとても残念な気持ちです…

FANBOXがこれからどうなるか読めません。

12月から規約が更新されるそうです。

これからFANBOXがどうなるか分かりませんが、来月はいつも通り更新していくつもりです。

もしかしたら運営に怒られるかもしれないし、何もないかもしれません。

This is like a death sentence for some circles.

The terms and conditions will be updated in December.

I don't know what will happen to fanbox from now on, but I will update it as usual next month.

Maybe the management will get mad at me, maybe nothing will happen.

I can't predict the future, so followers may want to wait and see if they want to continue to support us after next month!
