Smoll Change to Tiers

After some thinking I decided to make a couple of small changes to some tiers:
First, since it’s not really used, I’ve gotten rid of the discount code for the inprnt shop for the two highest tiers (comm discount still applies tho!). If you’d like to lower/shift to a different tier, I understand!
Second I added a monthly poll option for the $10 (and above) tiers. Y’all can make suggestions and then I’ll take a few, make a poll, and draw a bust/half body of the winner. This will start next month 😊 (if you wanna suggest some characters right now tho you can).
