Make sure to enter the contest with the email address tied to your Patreon account so we can recognise you as a Patron. We noticed that some people were previously asked to enter through a social media account login despite us selecting only email, Google, or Patreon as user details to enter. Gleam Support has responded to explain that those using a VPN or accessing Gleam from a shared location like a library or Internet cafe might be asked for extra steps to verify their identity, to protect your account. We appreciate it's a few extra (annoying) steps and can flag any issues / queries with them as needed.
