One last book update
Added 2022-09-09 16:10:20 +0000 UTCThere've been a bunch of questions regarding the book, and to try and answer them all I'm writing a quick post with a few bits in it.
Signed copies: There are a couple of hundred left on the Square Mile shop here. We are talking to the publishers about whether we can get more signed stock into the other warehouses (especially the US), but that will take at least 4-5 weeks. Obviously, there's still unsigned copies on Amazon and in local bookshops.
Shipping issues to various countries: A number of countries are incredibly difficult to ship to, or outrageously expensive, and for that reason Square Mile or THT were not able to offer shipping options. We know this is very frustrating, and wish we had a better solution. The book is published and distributed by one of largest publishing groups so it should eventually make its way through traditional distribution into most markets, but I know this will take a little while. I apologise for this, we wish we had better news.
If you made an order and forgot to use your tier-specific code, you can reply to your confirmation email with the code you'd like to use, and we can try to reimburse you.
