An idea: A new series on dialling in espresso

So, as you saw from the previous photo, the next video is on dialling in espresso and my approach.

In shooting and editing it, it became clear that it's pretty much impossible to capture everything in just one video. The next video I post will now be part one of a series, and I will take a different coffee each time and talk through dialling it in.

How you feel about this may depend on how much you like this first video, but I had an idea for picking future coffees to dial in:

I'm going to pick someone from this tier (same mechanism as a product giveaway) and I will send you the money to cover the costs of buying 1lb/500g of coffee and shipping it to me. It will be your choice, totally open and can be anywhere on the style/roast spectrum, and I have to do the best I can with it and explain my thinking behind it in the video.
