Live Event Ticket Details

Hi all,

As mentioned previously, we're going to be doing a live event in London in October. I can now confirm the date will be October 10th. The event will take place in East London around 7pm. (Location details will be given closer to the time, but fair to presume Hackney).

We're going to film a video that is a tasting of 5 vintage coffee liqueurs from the 70s, 80s and 90s.

Tickets will go on sale tomorrow at 4pm. There'll be two types of tickets on offer:

- A tasting ticket. You'll get a small sample of each of the liqueurs to taste. (If you dare...) I'm not expecting these to be delicious, and we want to share this between lots of you, so it'll be a few small sips rather than a full glass. You'll need to be 18+ to buy this ticket, and you may be asked for ID on entry should there be any doubts as to your age. While we don't anticipate any health and safety concerns with the drinks, due to their age there's still a waiver to sign.

- A spectator ticket. These will be cheaper, and there'll be more of these available. Come, watch, hang out and we'll have a Q&A after the video is done. Please note, I've never filmed a YouTube video in front of a live audience so I will be unusually terrified. This will probably be quite entertaining for everyone but me.

As we're filming the event, there'll be a release with both tickets to say you're ok attending a filmed production and may appear on camera too.

We anticipate filming taking up to an hour, and the Q&A will run until the event time hits about 90 minutes (so more Q&A if I don't screw up the filming bit!)

This event won't be live-streamed, instead, an edited version of everything (with all my mistakes removed!) will be published to the channel a little while after we film it. We won't be filming the Q&A.

Initially, tickets will only be accessible to Patreon members, and then after 48 hours, if there are unsold tickets then we'll open it up to a wider audience. It should be a lot of fun, and I hope to see some of you there!
