This means you can choose any setting and character from any setting and turn it into fanart (also full artist creativity freedom) or you can still choose OC or any other character of yours.

Cool~! Would there be limitations on particularly complicated settings/characters? My prior suggestions to Ksejl on Warhammer-related characters comes to mind there, haha
