I found the problem, but I think the problem is the dirty street vignette item of MAS75 - vignette mod.
when I removed this mod, it was possible to load.
There is no problem using it.
Only one of the four vignette items is so.
You can't reload it when you save it after using it.
I replace the problematic item with another one and saved it.
It's possible to load now, but I'm sorry that the feeling of the scene has changed a little.
