The joke is purely Ukrainian. Isael used to work in a brothel, but became a librarian. There is a song "Kolos & Brothers - Бібліотека (2017 single)" in which it is sung in Ukrainian that a good place for sex is a library. Our library and brothel begin with the same letter "Б" (Бібліотека - Бордель). Accordingly, he was expected to say the word "library", but came out "brothel" as a pun.
