I'm not sure how quickly I'll be publishing these past episodes, I don't want to bomb the Patreon stream, but I do want patrons who come to the podcast on iTunes to get as many podcasts as they can. I also add about 2 new Muay Thai Bones podcasts each month, most are between two and three hours long.
